We are looking for experienced MWD/LWD-Data Engineers-Wireline Engineers for Measurement while Drilling department. You will be a part of a dynamic and flexible work group and you will work closely with the customer either at the customer`s rigsite locations.

Job Description

You will be responsible to deliver services physically at an offshore installation.

The Main Tasks Are

• LWD-DD-SDL service including tool preparation, BHA assembly, Pick-up/Lay down Plan.
• Inventory control Offshore dealing with Equipment load outs and backloads.
• Proactively interface with Gas System for SDL department.
• Daily interaction and reporting to onshore operations team
• Delivery of service in accordance with company HSE standards and expectations
  
  

 Qualifications

• Min. 3 years experience as MWD/LWD-DD-Data Engineer-Wireline Engineer
• Halliburton MWD experience is a differential.
• iStar technology experience is an advantage
• Preferably Master (MSc) or Bachelor degree (BSc) in Petroleum Engineering, Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field
• Offshore safety and health certificate
• Fluency in English and also preferably a Scandinavian language
  
  

Personal qualities

Candidates that are team oriented and possess good analytical and communication skills will be preferred. Candidates also need to be prepared to work with practical mechanical and electrical tasks in the field. You need to work in a structured manner and the position requires that you champion the Company's HSE procedures.

In line with future development in the industry around remote delivery models, candidates based in Stavanger area or with commitment to relocate are preferred. Onshore assignments should also be expected by all candidates.
