About Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge web applications using HTMX, Tailwind, and web components. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using HTMX, Tailwind, and web components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain modern and competitive.

Write comprehensive documentation and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer or similar role.

Proficiency in HTMX, Tailwind CSS, and web components.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with backend technologies and frameworks.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
