Job Title: Security Analyst

Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: $110,000-120,000

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Security Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the entertainment industry and contribute to the security of cutting-edge SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong IT background with a focus on security, compliance, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, including SOC 2.
• Conduct IT audits and assist in the development and maintenance of security documentation, including handbook sign-offs.
• Monitor, identify, and mitigate security risks within our Google Cloud environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security practices are integrated into all operations and product development.
• Provide expertise in security controls and compliance requirements specific to SaaS environments.
• Support internal and external audit activities, including evidence gathering and remediation tracking.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in IT, with at least 2 years focused on cybersecurity.
• Compliance Knowledge: Proven expertise in SOC 2 compliance and IT audit processes.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud security tools and best practices.
• SaaS Environment: Previous experience working in a SaaS-based organization.

• 3–4 years of experience in security roles, ideally with SaaS platforms or marketing/consulting environments (not IBM-scale enterprise).
• Strong understanding of client-facing security processes and application security.
• Hands-on experience with GCP Command Center and SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
