Responsibilities will include

Functional Expertise

1. Implement and maintain frontend architectures, patterns, and best practices to ensure high-quality code and optimal performance.
2. Write unit tests and perform debugging, and integration testing to ensure the reliability and stability of frontend applications.
3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
4. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of reusable components and libraries.

Problem Solving

1. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for improved speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
2. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to improve code quality and maintain best practices.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the development process and product quality.

Interaction:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, designers, and product managers, to implement new features and enhance existing functionality.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of robust design/development experience in ObjectiveC.
• Command on SwiftUI.
• Expert with MVVM/MVC architecture

Skills & know-how

• Experience with continuous delivery, deployment, and monitoring of mobile applications
• Exhibit responsibility, transparency, reliability, and accountability along with superior stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in the startup ecosystem, particularly in the Fintech space, will be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent foundational computer science knowledge, including data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving abilities.
• A self-starter with the ability to navigate with minimal guidance in a dynamic environment and meticulous attention to detail.
