JOB DESCRIPTION - HR MANAGER


Department: Human Resources


Reporting to: Head of HR & Business Head


Year of Experience: 6-8 years relevant experience


Primary Role of the Purpose:

Drive human resources for the Bangalore branch. Lead recruitment efforts, foster employee

growth and development, manage communication, and optimise internal processes for the

unit.


Major Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Hiring:

● Hiring Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to understand and

assess hiring needs to ensure 100% resource optimization.

● JD, KRA, KPI Management: Streamline and share Job Descriptions (JDs), Key Result

Areas (KRAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) where necessary.

● Assessment Strategy: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to build role-specific

assessments for effective candidate screening.

● Process Improvement: Continuously enhance the recruitment process, from job

posting to final offer and negotiation.

● New Hire Performance: Monitor and review the performance of newly hired

employees to ensure successful integration.

● Monitor salaries and spend budgets on a monthly and quarterly basis for the unit.


Talent Management:

 Growth Paths: Develop and communicate growth paths for employees to align with

their career aspirations.

 Performance Evaluation: Lead overall performance evaluation and appraisal

processes for the unit.

 Employee Engagement: Monitor Infeedo data every week and take necessary action

to ensure maximum engagement and high NPS.

 Employee Feedback: Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify retention

strategies, employee specific action plans and improve hiring processes.

 Process Improvement: Identify and implement internal process improvements

related to inter-department collaboration and HR functions.

 Mentor and guide HR Executives to grow in their roles.


Manpower Planning & Reports

 Create a yearly manpower plan in collaboration with the Business Head to ensure

maximum resource optimization and profitability for the unit.

 Ensure all team and individual reports for Recruitment, Exit Interview, Attrition,

Business, etc., are submitted by the given deadlines.

 Analyze the monthly/quarterly reports to identify patterns and provide insights; take

necessary action.
