Job Description

  • Creates personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, design systems, mockups and prototypes
  • Writes digital copy and micro-copy
  • Applies P&G brands digitally
  • Conducts competitive analysis, user testing and user research and utilizes the results to inform design decisions
  • Ensures WCAG accessibility standards are met
  • Is the expert to help multi-disciplinary teams with UX/UI guidance, direction and implementation for productionized digital products
  • Embraces Agile methodologies - fail fast, learn and iterate
  • Defines jobs to be done in collaboration with engineers, product managers, marketing technologists and others
  • Keeps up to date and adheres to latest digital product design best practices, strategies and technologies

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency in the latest digital product design software and tools, especially Figma
  • Ability to create robust digital product design foundations on multiple projects and the ability to step in with expertise to help multi-disciplinary teams
  • At least 3 work samples demonstrating strong digital product design mastery and understanding of the digital product design process
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to justify your design choices
  • High level of leadership and ownership
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
  • 1-5 years of digital product design experience
  • Passion for growing digital product design acumen across the company
