Product Manager, Voice.AI Solutions

We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to drive our SaaS Enterprise-Grade Voice.AI Meeting Call Recording and Insights solution a pioneering AI-powered platform that helps organizations capture, analyze, and leverage meeting intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the team builds and ships products according to the customer value and business value
• Contribute to setting strategical vision and comprehensive product roadmap
• Conduct and maintain competitive analysis
• Define and track key product metrics (e.g., user adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue impact)
• Drive continuous product discovery through deep customer insights and needs analysis
• Build and maintain an agile, prioritized product backlog
• Work closely with development, and UX/UI teams to estimate features, define requirements, and collaborate on release plans
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across development, marketing, sales, support, and legal teams
• Communicate internal and external communication of product value propositions
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years in product management or a product-adjacent discipline, with a record of successful delivery of product values in collaboration with development and business teams
• Proven experience in SaaS product development, with deep understanding of AI-powered Enterprise application, data privacy and security considerations
• Experience in creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch
• Experience in leading the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
• Ability to work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
• Demonstrated "get things done" problem-solving approach
