Job description:
- You work in the Sales Solutions department and report to the Manager Drive Sales Solutions. The main mission of the department is to guarantee the commercial by offering reliable IT sales solutions. We develop, operate and maintain all IT sales solutions allowing the customer to acquire, use and manage their transport tickets in the most efficient way possible and in close collaboration with our business partners as well as other public transport operators in Belgium. We propose and develop a strategic vision for the digital evolution of ticketing.
- As Product Owner Sales Solutions, you are responsible for "products" that meet the needs of our users, in close collaboration with business stakeholders and the technical teams of our IS departments, who work with Agile methodologies. You ensure that the business strategy of these products is translated into concrete action plans, based on the priorities defined at the level of the IS business portfolio and Sales Solutions in particular.
- Support the business, as a SPOC, in identifying, analyzing and formulating its needs, for the products you manage
- Assist the business in defining needs and analyzing the impacts generated by the change and directing requests taking into account the technical, organizational, and (non)-functional possibilities and constraints identified.
- Ensure the conceptualization and translation of the needs analysis into a functional solution
- Translate business needs into a roadmap, including Epics, features, User Stories and Backlogs, in collaboration with any people responsible for more general roadmaps at the department level (architecture, portfolio).
- Coordinate delivery activities with relevant teams
- Liaise with external solution providers to order upgrades to existing systems and ensure their delivery and integration into the Sales Solutions application environment.
- Evaluate team loads (in collaboration with the teams, during refinements and sprint planning);
- In collaboration with the Service Manager:
- Manage incidents
- Define the needs in terms of functional and technical improvements of the applications as well as in terms of lifecycle management of the systems under his responsibility.
