JOB DETAILS

Role Title: Project Manager

Required Core Skills:

-Very strong analytical, conceptual and communicative skills.

-Above-average competence in stakeholder management, as well as conflict management.

-Independent and result-oriented way of working.

-Loyalty and identification with the technical task- Language: German and English fluent orally and in writing.

-Strong professional experience with the management of agile projects in a transformation environment.

-Experience with SAP or commercial reporting tools (ideally Apptio) for project controlling.

-Knowledge of budget and ordering processes.

Minimum years of experience: 8+ Years

Areas of responsibility:

-Preparation of decision-making bases, introduction or implementation of a structured decision-making process, in the context of the program and the projects.

-Planning of resources, optimization of the use of resources, resolution of ad-hoc resource conflicts.

-Collecting new trends, feedback, ideas and requirements in the context of the program in order to develop concrete options for action. Determining the manner in which the details to be collected.

-Creating transparency by providing up-to-date, reliable project data from the above-mentioned programs.

-Promoting the flow of information and communication (through the introduction of regular meetings) between the project/program members, as well as stakeholders.

-Management of current employee data, especially in terms of capacity, project allocations and skills, as well as the definition of the systems required.

-Monitoring of project progress and control of dependencies that affect resources, budgets and schedules.

-Administrative and operational advice to project managers and project teams (conflict management, workshop moderation, controlling).
