Internship: Consumer Care Data Analytics and Visualization

About The Role

In this role, you will be part of the Global Consumer Care Team, reporting to the Global Platform Lead. This team is responsible from the IT tools that run the operations as well as leveraging data and insights to enhance consumer care operations worldwide. You will develop data dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring that data is easily accessible and actionable for relevant functions. In addition to creating impactful visualizations, you will also support team with meeting events and performance tracking.

Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, 2-3 days per week at the office)

Type: Internship (thesis support can be discussed)

Duration: 6-12 months

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

The Impact You’ll Make

1. Data Reporting & Dashboard Creation

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business insights and decision-making.
• Gather and structure data from multiple sources to create visually compelling and accurate dashboards.
• Collaborate with team members to understand reporting needs and ensure timely delivery of reports.

2. Team Coordination

• Coordinate team meetings: Prepare agendas, manage scheduling, and ensure efficient meeting execution.
• Chase inputs: Gather required updates and inputs from team members in advance of meetings.
• Meeting minutes and follow-ups: Document meeting discussions, record action points, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.

3. Additional Support

• Assist with ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and tools for team efficiency.

The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring

• Power BI expertise: Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing clear agendas, taking detailed meeting minutes, and engaging with team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Positive mindset with can-do attitude.
