About the Role:
You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated IT (Security) professionals, develop new capabilities, and have a great time doing it. We're a young and energetic team that embraces challenges with enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
- IT help for internal users: Directly assist users with their technical issues via phone or emails;
- Ticketing system: Use the ticketing system to create and update end user’s incidents and service requests;
- Incidents handling: Escalate critical incidents according to the escalation matrix;
- Educate internal users: Make sure to provide clear and comprehensive instructions in remote sessions;
- Knowledge Base: Keep up to date knowledge base documentation when new situations occur;
- Mentoring your peers: Provide help and guidance to your new colleagues if needed;
- Communication: Use your soft skills focusing on good communication and emphatic attitude;
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from upper-level teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken;
- Basic knowledge of help desk software and remote control;
- Strong client-facing and communication skills;
- Troubleshooting experience with Windows systems and multi-tasking skills;
- Willingness to work in shifts to provide 24/7 technical support;
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;
- No prior experience in a similar role is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in providing technical assistance;
- Previous experience with ticketing system;
- Office 365 suite knowledge;
- Mobile devices troubleshooting.
Work Schedule:
Day shift: 08:00 - 19:30 (slightly flexible);
Night shift: 19:30 - 08:00 (slightly flexible);
After a 4-week cycle, one week of flexible hours: 10:00 - 19:00 / 13:00 - 22:00; 1-hour lunch break; On-site.
