Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of SP Academy at ShlenPower. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the SP Academy's day-to-day operations, designing and implementing educational programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing educational programs
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital finance
• Experience in financial services or fintech industry
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Mini MBA in Education, Business, Finance, or related field
