As People & Culture Executive, we rely on you to:

  • Drive and assist in interactive internal communications for employee engagement activities
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
  • Coordinate with each department and ensure accuracy of the time & attendance processing every payroll cut-off
  • Collect data and prepare HR reports as required
  • Ensure accuracy of database of staff records and personal file information which should be consistently updated
  • Perform other HR duties and special projects as assigned

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has a degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Has minimum 1 year experience in 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
  • Has excellent communication skills, oral and written.
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English
  • Is updated with latest trends in social media
  • Is Technology savvy
  • Has a structured approach, analytical reasoning
  • Has high attention to detail
  • Is a team player and ability to multitask
  • Is knowledgeable with UAE Labor law
