Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to enhance our brand presence, engage with our community, and craft compelling narratives about our blockchain solutions. As the voice of Meta Earth on digital platforms, you will be pivotal in building our online reputation and fostering a thriving community around our blockchain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Design and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with Meta Earth’s goals, emphasizing the ME Network and its unique features.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, blogs) that resonates with blockchain enthusiasts, developers, and industry professionals.
• Community Engagement: Actively manage and grow our social media communities on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Discord, addressing inquiries and encouraging discussions around blockchain and sustainability.
• Campaign Management: Launch and monitor social media campaigns that highlight Meta Earth’s projects, partnerships, and milestones.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize engagement and reach.
• Collaborations: Partner with blockchain influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and other industry stakeholders to amplify Meta Earth’s message.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 trends to position Meta Earth as a thought leader in the space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized ecosystems.
• Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities.
• Proficiency in social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex blockchain concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns.
