Your Tasks

• Act as the link between the IT department and our entities to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Support the implementation of the Group Solution in our branches; organize workshops as needed to facilitate adoption
• Analyze branch-specific needs by working closely with local teams, assessing how the group solution can be adapted or optimized for each location
• Conduct and coordinate user testing to ensure the solutions meet business requirements
• Facilitate change management efforts to prepare stakeholders for new processes and provide post-go-live support, gathering feedback and addressing issues as needed
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (University, FH) in Information Systems or a related field, with solid experience in ERP projects with Microsoft Business Central
• Demonstrated ability to implement a Group solution across international locations
• Familiarity with change management principles, with experience supporting organizations through technological and process transitions
• Excellent English and good German skills; any additional language is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally, with approximately 40% travel expected to support global rollouts

Further Information

Minimum Salary: Annual gross salary from € 53,650.51, based on professional qualification and experience.

Earliest Entry Date: This position is to be filled immediately.
