Graphic Designer – Beauty & Packaging Design

Guided by award-winning designer Alex Liddy, Jamesly’s beauty line is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled designer to support us in creating high-quality, on-trend beauty products.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support our growing beauty product range. This role encompasses the full creative process—from concept to market-ready packaging design. You will collaborate with our product development and design teams to create innovative packaging that aligns with Jamesly’s premium standards and global market trends.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing product packaging with a focus on beauty and lifestyle products.

• Managing the end-to-end design process, including concept development, product art specifications, and final artwork preparation for production.

• Collaborating with international suppliers to ensure print-ready files and overseeing the packaging production process.

• Demonstrating expertise in printing techniques, die-lines, and packaging construction.

• Ensuring designs align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining high-quality output.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on beauty or fashion packaging and product design.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

• Strong experience managing artwork files, with knowledge of pre-press, Pantone color systems, and printing processes.

• A strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of the production process.

• Experience working with packaging design and an understanding of die-lines and packaging construction.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both customers and manufacturers.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring creative ideas to life under tight deadlines.
