Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RFQ trading systems with a focus on high performance and low latency.
- Implement strategies for optimizing RFQ workflows in centralized and decentralized trading environments.
- Ensure reliable system integration with trading venues, including exchanges and on-chain protocols.
- Build system components for processing and responding to RFQs efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to enhance system capabilities.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimize code to meet high-frequency trading requirements.
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency trading, blockchain transactions, and blockchain fundamentals.
- Proven experience in developing systems for RFQ or similar trading mechanisms.
- Proficient in TypeScript, and Python.
- Familiarity with exchange APIs, on-chain protocols, and blockchain network integration.
- Expertise in building low-latency, high-throughput trading systems.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience with trading desk operations or RFQ execution workflows.
- Active cryptocurrency trader with hands-on trading experience.
- Understanding of financial market mechanisms and RFQ-specific strategies.
