Developer & IT Solutions Specialist

We are a growing IT solutions company specializing in website and mobile app development. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development (Website & Mobile Apps):

• Design, develop, and maintain websites and mobile applications.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web and mobile app development.

2. IT Solutions & Project Management:

• Analyze client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.

• Plan and manage development projects from initiation to delivery.

• Provide technical guidance and support to clients post-deployment.

3. UI/UX Design:

• Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for websites and apps.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

4. IT Analysis:

• Conduct business and technical analysis to identify client needs.

• Document requirements and workflows for development projects.

• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience in website and mobile app development (e.g., React, Flutter, Node.js).

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

• Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and efficiency.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Familiarity with SEO and performance optimization techniques.

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.

• Knowledge of database management .
