Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and manage production and cleaning recipes (EBR, SOPs) per local procedures.
• Build and test automation objects in MES/DeltaV systems, supporting commissioning and qualification phases.
• Provide automation expertise for manufacturing suite and equipment setup.
• Serve as a liaison for automation-related matters across departments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing records in MES/DeltaV during production phases.
• Continuously improve processes using Lean Sigma, KAIZEN, and other methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automation engineering, ideally within pharmaceuticals.
• Familiarity with Emerson MES Syncade (DeltaV knowledge is a plus).
• Understanding of GMP compliance requirements preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
