Our client, a local Building company specialising in the delivery of Commercial and Government construction projects, is recruiting a talented Project Manager to join their team in Darwin and work on various projects. The role is a full-time position, with projects in and around Darwin.

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects to ensure completion in accordance with the Clients requirements. You will be the point of contact for the client and represent the company in all dealings. Projects include medium-scale Commercial and Government new build, renovations, and fit-out works, located in Darwin.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Liaise with and advise clients on project feasibility and project delivery methodologies.
• Develop a detailed brief in conjunction with the client and develop a project plan including scope, budget, schedule, and risk items.
