As one of our Product Designers, you'll get to take an idea and turn it into a reality - from start to finish. This means you'll be involved in everything from coming up with a vision to prototyping, iterating and collaborating with a variety of different teams. You'll work with designers, business experts, product managers and engineers to make sure everything runs smoothly.

We're looking for someone who's flexible and can handle anything that comes their way. You should be a great team player, proactive, and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail. Plus, being organized is a must!

You will be working with the core experience team, applying continuous improvement flow to raise the bar of the overall experience, turning information into key insights that ignite creative ways to solve those problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and create design solutions that solve customer problems
• Utilize design thinking methodology to approach problems in a human-centered way and create innovative solutions
• Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries that ensure consistency across our products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs
• Use critical thinking to analyze data and turn information into actionable insights that inform design decisions
• Create and implement measurement frameworks to track and evaluate the success of design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and bring new ideas to the team
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, following and adapting processes to ensure that projects are completed within deadlines and budget
• Deliver Exceptional Interaction Design

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design or a related field
• Strong knowledge of design systems and agile ways of working
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work in our Buenos Aires (Belgrano) office, Monday through Thursday
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
• Experience with fintech or financial services is a plus
• Strong critical thinking skills, measurement frameworks creation and design thinking methodology
