Senior DevOps Lead

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to join our team, focusing on digitizing and automating the R&D laboratory environment. This role will involve managing technical software projects, ensuring delivery quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical management of cloud-based applications, ensuring delivery, compliance, and quality.
• Act as a bridge between business, IT, and development teams, participating in technical planning and decision-making.
• Oversee technical documentation (C4 models, interface specs, architecture records).
• Ensure security, compliance, and quality through tools like SonarQube and code reviews.
• Develop APIs and integrate data using AppSync, GraphQL, AWS Lambda.
• Collaborate with data pipelines and automation teams for seamless workflows.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with automated testing.
• Embed security in deployment processes, including vulnerability scanning and pentesting.
• Provide test automation leadership and oversee test management.

Required Skills:

General:

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on technical problem-solving ability with full-stack expertise.
• Industry and regulatory knowledge (pharmaceuticals is a plus).

Technical Expertise:

• AWS (Serverless Architecture, CloudWatch, XRay, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Frontend: React, Next.js, AWS Amplify.
• Databases: SQL, Document DB, Snowflake, Data Lake.
• Integration platforms: MuleSoft, REST API.
• IAM solutions (SAML/OIDC, MS Active Directory, Ping ID).
• CI/CD tools: GitLab, ThingWorx.
