Seargin is a seeking for a global leader in tech innovation, experienced with a consulting firm, regulator, or financial institution preferred or a demonstrated ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, client serving consulting environment. We’re looking for a Credit Quant Senior to join our team! 

Requirements:

• Deep credit business knowledge incl. regulatory requirements

• Basic knowledge of data architecture and data analytics

• Agile and traditional project management/product implementation

• Proficient use of facilitation tools and methods (e.g. Miro/Mural, MS Office suite, etc.)

• Deep knowledge of process analysis and modeling

• Understand data and IT strategy

• Understand and know how to leverage important tech enablers (e.g. AI, blockchain, etc.)

• Know and understand important digital enabler for digital transformation (e.g. RPA, BPA, cloud, microservices, etc.)

• German - B2 or C1 certified, English fluent

Responsibilities:

• Define and create business requirements

• Assess, structure, model, and visualize business processes

• Identify problems, opportunities,s and solutions for the business

• Understand the underlying IT

• Prioritize functional and technical requirements

• Managing tests and ensuring high quality of developed products

• Understand and ensure proper product implementation and delivery

• Communicate between various stakeholders (e.g. management, business, IT, etc.)

• Budget, pla,n and monitor projects/measures

• Report to relevant stakeholder

• Support team regarding different tasks
