PMO Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable PMO Coordinator with a strong background in HR technology join the team of our client, one of the largest semi-governmental organizations in the country.


The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HR software platforms, such as Oracle or similar systems, and is familiar with software testing processes.


This position is a 6-month contract.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Coordination: Assist the project manager with day-to-day coordination of project tasks, ensuring timelines are met and project milestones are tracked.
  • HR Tech & Software Testing: Participate in testing of HR software systems, particularly Oracle, while remaining open to testing other platforms as needed.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs.
  • Communications: Draft and distribute internal communications regarding project updates, changes, and training to relevant stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Support change management efforts by helping stakeholders understand new processes, tools, and changes related to the project.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth integration of the software solutions and alignment on project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively work with the team to address challenges.
  • Onboarding and Off-boarding: Assist with the onboarding and off-boarding process for employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and system access is managed efficiently.
  • System Access Management: Provide system access to employees in accordance with company policies, ensuring timely and secure access to the necessary tools and platforms.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role within HR technology projects.
  • Experience with HR systems, ideally Oracle, or willingness to work with other HR platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software testing and ability to manage the end-to-end testing process.
  • Excellent written communication skills for drafting clear and concise project-related communications.
  • Familiarity with basic change management principles and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.


Availability:


Preference will be given to candidates available immediately.
