IT Product Manager (Government Sector / Agile)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead product implementation and operations. This is a unique opportunity to shape product strategy and drive impactful initiatives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Job Type: 1 year contract
• Salary Budget: Up to $12k (basic)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to product goals and deliverables.
• Develop, formalize, and drive the execution of product roadmaps focusing on long-term sustainability and eusability.
• Collaborate with business user groups to gather, analyze, and harmonize requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business needs into actionable product features.
• Proactively identify and resolve product-related challenges.
• Drive continuous product enhancements to ensure operational relevance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate cross-functional communication.
• Oversee day-to-day product operations and drive performance improvements.
• Conduct product training sessions for core business users and end-users.
• Track progress, provide timely updates, and generate management reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product management and operations, preferably in corporate or enterprise solutions.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability: Versatile and capable of working effectively amidst ambiguity.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Jira, and Miro.
