Job Overview:
As an experienced Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office working on local and regional projects. You will also be part of the Product Team in defining the project roadmap and ensuring that the roadmap supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project implementation, including timeline, budget and resources.
- Work closely with the Regional Product Team to define product strategy and roadmap
- Manage external and internal stakeholders on all project related matters such as providing regular project updates
- Lead Agile ceremonies with local/regional Business and Technical Teams
- Define, enhance and prioritize product features based on market research and stakeholders’ feedback
- Design solutions on gaps identified to meet business needs
- Manage vendors in ensuring deliveries adhere to project timeline and SLA is met
- Provide leadership and guidance to Team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing Team
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management roles
- Experience in stakeholders’ management and vendor management skills.
- Proven track record in defining and launching medium to large scale products successfully
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability in decision making and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working experience in Agile methodologies and using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
