Hiring Project Technical Manager

Key responsibilities:-
Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure Design& Build projects in accordance with PWA regulations and standards.
Manage Design & Engineering schedules, resources, budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.
Monitor D&E progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Technical Oversight:
Provide technical leadership in design, engineering, and development management.
Ensure that D8/E meets PWA requirements, local regulations, international codes, and project specifications.
Conduct technical reviews and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and manage engineering teams, including civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
Supervise and manage Subconsultants to ensure optimum design products within project's specification.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between team members, Clients, and Contractors Foster a collaborative environment to encourage innovation and problem-solving.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all projects comply with Project's specifications, local standards, relevant regulations, and requirements.
Address technical challenges and ensure solutions align with WA's quality assurance protocols.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Act as focal technical personnel with PA and other stakeholders.
Attend meetings with Clients, Authorities, and Contractors to discuss project details and resolve technical issues.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Ensure proactive problem-solving to address technical challenges quickly and effectively.
Reporting:
Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Provide detailed documentation and status updates on D&E progress and any technical issues encountered.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Design and Engineering management.
* Must be certified by MME and registered as an engineer.
Must have practical experience in technical aspects like structural engineering, building codes, and project management.
Preferably to have relevant certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Green Professional
