We invite a Middle Data Analyst to join the VeliPlay product team.

Housed within the innovative umbrella of VeliTech, VeliPlay is our dedicated game development studio specializing in crafting exceptional crash games and more. We’re committed to delivering cutting-edge games that engage players with outstanding mechanics and envelop them in rich, immersive narratives.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop dashboards using Tableau, ensuring clear and effective visualizations tailored to business needs
• Learn Tableau if experienced with Power BI, adapting skills to the company's preferred tools
• Write and maintain complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various sources
• Optimize existing reporting sources to enhance performance and accuracy
• Work with large datasets, structuring and organizing data for diverse analytical purposes
• Created and maintained optimal data sources for solving multiple business challenges, integrating data within databases and Tableau
• Select the most appropriate visualizations for specific tasks, ensuring dashboards effectively communicate key insights
• Ensure user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing design for all reporting tools
• Study business processes to gain deep insights into operational workflows and objectives. Integrate new business logic and assess KPIs to align data analysis with organizational goals
• Actively participate in discussions to identify the most effective solutions for task implementation
• Analyze problems critically and propose innovative solutions based on data-driven insights.
• Balance multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining responsibility, initiative, and a patient approach to challenges

Skills and experience you will need:

• Experience with Tableau: Proficiency in Tableau is required. Experience with Power BI is acceptable, provided there is a willingness to transition to and learn Tableau
• SQL Expertise: Advanced skills in writing complex queries and optimizing existing reporting sources
• Data Management: Ability to handle large datasets and develop optimized data sources to address multiple use cases, both in databases and Tableau
• Data Visualization: Expertise in selecting appropriate visualization techniques and designing dashboards tailored to specific tasks and audiences
• Business Process Analysis: Willingness to study and understand business processes, incorporate new business logic, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Stakeholder Communication: Strong skills in engaging with customers, discussing requirements, and identifying optimal solutions for implementation
• Soft Skills: Critical thinking, multitasking, accountability, initiative, patience, and adaptability
