We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Team in Kyiv (hybrid). You’ll get the exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth by hiring excellent people. Responsibilities

• Maintain daily interaction with candidates for Moon Active’s positions
• Conduct in-depth phone interviews with candidates, sourcing new candidates
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets
• Daily interaction with Hiring Managers & Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth process
• Be responsible for screening resumes and managing our database
• Engage passive candidates using different channels and tools
• Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition role
• Passion for recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
