Senior Analyst

We are a recognized leader in strategic capacity building programs that combine technical expertise with flexible, locally driven solutions across the areas of CBRNE security and non-proliferation, global health, strategic trade controls, cybersecurity, innovation, and international professional exchanges.

We are now seeking for the Senior Analyst to support the project on security risk reduction by providing technical and analytical leadership and day-to-day management of the project team (Junior Analyst, Field Security Assistants, and Information Management Officer). The Senior Analyst will utilize external security relationships and analysis expertise to support the Operations Manager (OM).

Responsibilities will include analyzing data, maintaining a network of information resources, and overseeing products to ensure timely OM reviews, input, and guidance.

This position is based in CRDF Global’s office in Kyiv, Ukraine.

It is anticipated to be a two-year project with an opportunity to extend (up to 5 years).

Key position requirements and qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in security analysis, assessment, and information management.
• At least 2 years of people and teams’ management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working in Ukraine on international development or humanitarian assistance programs.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
• Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in the security sector or related field (e.g. risk management, international relations, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ukrainian residency is required.
