UX/UI Designer

The ideal UX Designer candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, with proficiency in using tools like Adobe XD and Figma. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to generate HTML and CSS code from their designs. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities:

1) Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Adobe XD or Figma.

2) Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

3) Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless user experience.

4) Convert design mockups into HTML and CSS code to facilitate implementation.

5) Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.

6) Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

7) Collaborate effectively with developers to implement testing strategies at lower levels, facilitating a "shift left" approach and promoting early defect detection.

8) Document expected deliverables, such as detailed test plans, scripts, and reports.

Technical Skills:

1) Proficiency in Adobe XD and Figma.

2) Ability to generate clean and efficient HTML and CSS code.

3) Familiarity with responsive design principles.

4) Understanding of web development processes.
