Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to oversee software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that projects are delivered on time

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and close software projects according to defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.

Lead project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.

Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate communication among stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience 15 in software project management based on technologies like Java, Python, microservices

Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and experience working with design teams to create intuitive user experiences.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.

A passion for technology and a deep understanding of software products and industry trends.
