Technical Writer (2 Roles)

Location: South Australia

Contract Length: 3-6 months

Security Clearance: Baseline clearance required (minimum)

Role Overview

Our defence client is seeking 2 Technical Writers to support the enhancement and replacement of existing cybersecurity documentation and technical materials. This is a critical role in ensuring the organisation's cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and procedures are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, update, and replace current cybersecurity documentation and technical manuals.
  • Collaborate with technical and cybersecurity teams to gather and validate information.
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical guides.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with organisational standards and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Support the development of governance and compliance documentation.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in a cybersecurity
