We are collaborating with our leading client, who is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their team as an individual contributor on a Permanent basis.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our growing software development team. I. In this role, you will be working closing with IT Manager and Software Development under the guidance of CTO, to support system modernization and transformation, and contribute to our business growth.

The Role

Reporting to the IT Manager and working closely with the CTO, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with the transformation roadmap.
• Apply your technical expertise to design and deliver system modernization initiatives, including API integration, microservices architecture, and CRM implementation.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and perform Scrum Master duties as needed.
• Develop clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and present technical solutions effectively.
• Work closely with the CTO to execute the transformation roadmap and uplift team culture.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  
  

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally within transformation programs.
• Expertise in designing business processes and system applications that meet organizational needs.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API integration, and system integrations.
• Experience managing system modernization projects, implementing solutions, and backlog management.
• Strong documentation skills, including business process diagrams, high-level epics, and detailed user stories.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving technical change and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve business transformation goals.
• A solid understanding of retail/logistics/ event/exhibition industry is highly desirable.
