Project Services and Program Delivery Specialists (Health and Social Infrastructure)

Melbourne

Our Project and Program Delivery team offer multi-disciplinary planning, design, and delivery services, across all phases of the project lifecycle, from visioning to delivery.

We provide clients integrated project management, PMO, project controls, project delivery, planning and design and, contract compliance and assurance advice using data-driven tools and methodologies and provide practical and reliable project support services.

Your Opportunity

The Social Infrastructure, Health and Education sectors across Melbourne and wider Victoria are seeing continued growth in projects and investment. Our Project and Program Delivery team work closely with our clients to support their strategic infrastructure investments by scoping and delivering major complex projects.

We have new opportunities for talented professionals from the project delivery or advisory environments, preferably with recent health project experiences, at Manager and Associate Director levels in our Melbourne team who come from the following project areas:

  • Project Manager,
  • Site Engineers or Project Engineers,
  • Contract Administrators
  • Project Cost Control,
  • Project Planners & Schedulers,
  • Project Risk & Governance,
  • Project Design Managers.

How are you extraordinary?

  • You have recent experience in providing client-side or advisory project management, contract administration, project controls or delivery across the Health and Education Infrastructure sectors.
  • You have the confidence to develop, assess, and manage key project elements such as cost, risk, planning, scheduling and budgets.
  • You can review and lead programs of work, identify and manage risks, support project procurement, understand approvals and can provide project updates to stakeholders.
  • You can understand and solve client problems and mitigate risks when delivering projects.

  • Previous experience in a project delivery environment, with social infrastructure experience, and a focus on Health or Education Infrastructure projects and programs.
  • Previous consulting and/or advisory experiences in a Project Management consultancy, Head Contractor, Construction Management field or within Government would be beneficial.
  • Experience in setting up and monitoring project schedules, costs estimates, resources, and finances systems and processes across all stages of a project lifecycle.
  • An understanding or experience of delivery risk from an owners’ team perspective.
  • Experience using industry planning, cost, and project management software systems.
  • Tertiary qualifications, such as Project Management, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Economics.
  • Membership and certification with the Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM) or similar is encouraged.
