Due to the increasing growth of our company, we are currently looking for a full-time team leader (m/f/d) for technical operations management to strengthen our local teams in Austria (Vienna and Graz). As head of our innovative areas ELGA, eHealth and health portal, you are largely responsible for the success of your team and strive for continuous improvement in technical management.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the stable, sustainable, and scalable operation of already established solutions as well as new solutions and customers for eHealth, ELGA and health portals in Austria.
• You strive for continues improvements in organizational work processes and serve as the first point of contact regarding satisfaction and improvement initiatives.
• You lead and develop a successful team of 10-20 employees and working students.
• You are in close contact with other internal departments (e.g. development, sales)
• You are an active participant in an agile team for connecting health data with a focus on eHealth, ELGA and health portals

Your qualifications and experience:

• You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the area of healthcare IT (preferably with experience in a management role)
• Ideally, you have completed a bachelor's/master's degree with a focus on IT
• You have a good understanding of security concepts, network technologies, operating systems, databases, and hardware.
• You are customer-oriented and focus on problem-solving, ensuring solutions are found when needed.
• You are fluent in both German and English
