You will participate to build up the future – true digital production. Cubicure GmbH develops, produces, and distributes industrial 3D printing solutions for polymer parts in Vienna.

You will work in a team of experts developing tools for industrial additive manufacturing machines as well as related software products. If you are a skilled technologist, a visionary developer, and a reliable team player, you are the right fit for our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute software projects in a team of developers to plan, oversee, and implement development tasks
• Develop and review backend code algorithms, data structures, and subsystems using mainly Python and MongoDB or higher-performance libraries or hardware driver components in C++
• Collaborate with the frontend and DevOps team to define interfaces and data flows
• Write automated software tests, as well as platform-independent code and components
• Perform error analysis, debugging, correction, and low-level performance benchmarking and optimization
• Contribute to the development of guidelines and processes, drafting modern and applicable best practices for the team
• Work with modern development- and deployment environments/technologies like automated Test-, Build-, and Versioning systems (Jira, Git, Jenkins, Docker)
• Support the release- and quality management process
  
  

Skills Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification
• + 7 years of work experience in software development with focus on backend or full stack programming
• Ability to understand and solve complex, multi-faceted problems
• Highly experienced in modern programming and database concepts
• Experienced in computer networks and container technologies (Docker)
• Independent, precise, and responsible way of working, team spirit and high problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
  
  

The collective agreement for plastic processors (Kunststoffverarbeiter), applies to the position, the minimum basic salary is 2.698,02 euros gross per month for the job category 4 with a clear willingness to overpay
