Chief Technology Officer - Fintech

Our Partner is an International Fintech Scale up working with legacy banks, Neobanks and the Investment industries.

To support their growth and scalability on both National and International we are hiring their new CTO who will lead their technology strategy

The position

• Be responsible for the technology vision, architecture and execution related to their SaaS activities
• Drive innovation and scalability on the back of market/clients needs
• Work closely with the other departments and peers (CSO, CEO, etc) to translate development roadmaps into software solutions taking into account security, system and cloud strategies
• Lead a strong development teams based on a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Be accountable for E2E development processes in all aspects
• Define Architecture choices, frameworks and best practices
• Define and manage IT Budget

The profile

• Master degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role related to Software development ideally within the financial sector
• Strong awareness in methodologies, tools and frameworks.
• Technical expertise in Modern development languages (ideally in Microsoft Stack)
• High ethical standards
• Highly Agile minded experienced in complex organizations
• Fluent in French and English

• 90 000 – 125 000 euro yearly + full extra legal package
