What is this role about?
Bondora is seeking a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise Display and Video campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (including YouTube), Meta, Microsoft, and Criteo. This role is key to driving bottom-of-the-funnel strategies like retention and remarketing to increase customer lifetime value and foster brand loyalty. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to explore and test new user acquisition campaigns, applying innovative approaches to attract and convert new customers.

What is this role about?
Bondora is seeking a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise Display and Video campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (including YouTube), Meta, Microsoft, and Criteo. This role is key to driving bottom-of-the-funnel strategies like retention and remarketing to increase customer lifetime value and foster brand loyalty. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to explore and test new user acquisition campaigns, applying innovative approaches to attract and convert new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and optimise display and video campaigns on Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Criteo, focusing on retention and remarketing tactics, while testing new acquisition strategies as needed.
- Conduct thorough A/B testing on ad creatives, placements, formats, and landing pages to enhance ROAS and improve conversion rates.
- Analyse performance data to identify optimization opportunities, adjusting bids, budgets, and other variables, and using automation tools to streamline reporting and management.
- Collaborate with tech and analytics teams for advanced audience segmentation and tagging.
- Develop and refine segmentation and remarketing strategies to reach high-intent users, maximizing retention and lifetime value.
- Work closely with creative teams to translate data insights into effective new assets, aligning creative development with performance data.
- Regularly monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to optimize and achieve campaign goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and innovations, maintaining expertise in advertising platforms like Google Ads to continuously improve campaign performance
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing €30k+ monthly budgets' campaigns across display and video channels (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft); experience with Criteo or other programmatic platforms are considered an advantage.
- Expertise in remarketing, audience segmentation, and performance-driven creative, with a solid background in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Proven expertise in using analytics tools to drive performance improvements in campaigns. Skilled in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and data tools such as Excel.
- Proven ability to work closely with creative teams, translating performance insights into effective creative strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of targeting options for display and video campaigns (e.g., customer match, demographic, contextual, behavioral).
- Background in the financial or lead generation sectors, with in-house or agency
