Position Overview:

We are seeking proactive and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our team. Interns will gain hands-on experience in their respective fields while collaborating in a dynamic, multicultural environment. This is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to enhance their CVs, develop leadership skills, and represent AIESEC Tampere in the local and national community.

Responsibilities include:

• Attending regular weekly/bi-weekly/monthly meetings
• Representing AIESEC Tampere at conferences and events in Tampere and across Finland

Available Positions:

1. Marketing Intern

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Manage social media platforms and content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Conduct market research and analyze trends
• Support in organizing events and promotional activities

1. Finance & Legal Intern

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Help maintain compliance with legal regulations
• Support contract management and liaise with external partners
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements

1. Human Resources (HR) Intern

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
• Help develop member engagement initiatives
• Support training and development programs
• Maintain and update member records

Sales & Project Management Intern

• Assist in identifying potential partnerships and business opportunities
• Support the sales process, including client relationship management
• Help manage ongoing projects to ensure deliverables are met on time
• Collaborate with different teams to drive project execution and optimize workflows

Skills Required:

• Marketing Intern: Knowledge of social media marketing, strong communication and writing skills, creativity
• Finance & Legal Intern: Basic understanding of finance, analytical skills, proficiency in Excel
• HR Intern: Strong organizational skills, interest in recruitment, good interpersonal skills
• Operations Intern: Multitasking abilities, project management skills, analytical thinking

Requirements:

• Current university students or graduates
• Good command of English (Finnish is a plus but not mandatory)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
