About The Job

Collaborative Development

• Work with diverse teams to develop and implement a new Demand & Supply (D&S) system across Europe.
• Integrate North American and TMC system initiatives into European operations.

Demand Forecasting and Planning

• Collaborate with TMC and North American teams to forecast demand for Toyota and Lexus vehicles in Europe.
• Align forecasts with production plans by working closely with sales, marketing, production, and data analytics teams.
• Define detailed user requirements.

Supply Chain Integration

• Understand the unique needs and constraints of the European region.
• Work with Japan to incorporate European operational needs into the global development process.
• Define detailed user requirements.

Process Improvement

• Assess and map current Demand & Supply processes and systems.
• Help define the ideal future D&S system and processes.
• Plan the transition to support system deployment steps.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, especially in technology and software projects.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of chatbot technologies, AI, and machine learning.
• Basic understanding of legal issues related to technology, data privacy, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and clearly present complex information to stakeholders.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools is preferred.
