Descriptif du poste

Processes and workload have recently increased for the Scientific Project Management (SPM) team. We need real-time visuals to support decision-making, prioritization, and work acceleration, particularly by focusing on the technical steps related to automation. It is important to note that SPMs bring significant added value by focusing on scientific proposals and client deliverables.

SPM Team needs an entry level member, technology friendly to :

• Automatize processus, synchronize and create dashboards in Monday
• Develop Power Automate workflows to cover repetitive administrative tasks
• Collect specifications within scientific teams and list them in Monday tasks board (in particular for internal projects)
• Promote Microsoft Gen AI Copilot usage to simplify and accelerate work
• Support gamification of SPM adoption with tools like Genially
• Background in Biology and knowledge in Project Management are a plus
  
  

Les processus et la charge de travail ont récemment augmenté pour l'équipe de gestion de projets scientifiques. Nous avons besoin de visualisations en temps réel pour soutenir les décisions, la priorisation et l'accélération du travail en travaillant notamment sur les étapes techniques liées à l'automatisation. A savoir que les SPMs apportent une grande valeur ajoutée en se concentrant sur les propositions scientifiques et les livrables clients.

L'équipe SPM a besoin d'un membre junior, à l'aise avec la technologie, pour :

• Automatiser les processus, synchroniser et créer des tableaux de bord dans Monday
• Développer des flux de travail dans Power Automate pour gérer les tâches administratives répétitives
• Recueillir les spécifications auprès des équipes scientifiques et les consigner dans des tableaux de tâches Monday (en particulier pour les projets internes)
• Promouvoir l'utilisation de Microsoft Copilot GenAI pour simplifier et accélérer le travail
• Soutenir la gamification de l'adoption de l'outil SPM, notamment à l'aide de plateformes comme Genially
• Des connaissances en Biologie et en Project Management seront un plus

Desired Qualifications : Technology friendly, Willigness to follow Agile principals, Collaborative, knowledge in Biology

Intended Responsibilities and/or Projects : API and synchronization, specification collection

Education/Experience Level Required : Licence or Master IT / info gestion / gestion de projets / bioinformatic / biotechnology / biology
