Key Responsibilities: 

- Lead the product development team in the creation of new raw meat products, from concept through to final production.

- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify customer preferences and emerging opportunities in the meat sector.

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure product feasibility, quality control, and compliance with food safety standards.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials.

Qualifications:
