Being a Frontend Developer at Payconiq means you will work on various domains, products and projects. You may switch between multiple teams but will always work very closely with our designers, Product Owners and QA’s. Within the team, you will be responsible for bringing designs to life, creating generic reusable components and writing solid component tests. You always incorporate design principles into the code and take architecture into consideration to ensure the code is as clean as possible. On a day-to-day basis, you will work autonomously but be in close contact with the designers to create and check your mock-ups. In addition, you will work closely with the QA’s and PO to ensure your code meets all requirements.

In addition, you’re able to bring the following technical expertise:

• 5+ years of experience as a Frontend developer, having worked on various projects and experience working with various coding styles and languages.
• Extensive knowledge and experience working with React and HTML/CSS.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript ES6+ (and/or typescript).
• Experience creating scalable, maintainable, and testable web applications following best practices.
• Passion for creating beautiful and responsible web interfaces.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good project management skills.
• Experience working with Angular, NodeJS, Docker, Gitlab CI (considered as an advantage).
• Experience with State management tools/libraries, e.g. Redux (considered as an advantage).
• Experience with testing tools/libraries, e.g. Jest, Enzyme (considered as an advantage).
