Job Description

  • Conduct drug screening by using various study methods including
    • in vitro assays with recombinant proteins and cell lines
    • ex vivo assays with different study matrixes including animal and human tissues
    • Responsible for general operations in the laboratory, including laboratory cleanliness, maintaining inventory, and maintaining analysis equipment
    • Independently conduct drug screening including sample preparation, sample analysis, data analysis and result reporting
    • Maintain and conduct cell culturing work
    • Conduct biochemical assays including protein measurements, enzyme kinetics and ELISA assays
    • Use of various analysing methods and instruments like Automated liquid handling system, TECAN Spark Multimode microplate reader and UPLC/HPLC with radiolabel detector
    • Ensures that the laboratory equipment is cleaned/sanitized and kept in an orderly manner. Maintains the overall cleanliness and order in the laboratory
    • Receiving and keeping a record of study samples
