Crewing Co-ordinator

Location: North Holland

Work Pattern: Full-time, Permanent, Remote/hybrid

We're looking for a Crewing Co-ordinator to plan, coordinate and manage personnel for Offshore Energy projects.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date personnel records and coordinate offshore personnel for operational requirements.
• Assist in resourcing subcontractors and personnel and liaise with agencies
• Assist in booking travel and accommodation to mobilise crew
• Approve subcontractor invoices/expenses in collaboration with finance team
• Ensure personnel are compliant with required qualifications, update training and development requirements and keep track of personnel competency

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Crewing Co-ordinator, Resource Co-ordinator or similar
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Good understanding of compliance with legislations and Industry Standards

Must have Right to Work in Netherlands and be commutable to the office in North Holland
