Support Executive

Koinworx BV, founded in 2017, specializes in product development, IT services, and IT staffing. One of its products is Lynked.World, a blockchain-based identity platform featuring LW ERP, a cloud-based ERP solution catering to small and medium enterprises with business suites for various industries.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Support Executive located in Amsterdam. The Support Executive will be responsible for providing assistance, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in customer service or support roles
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM systems or support tools is a plus
