IT Specialist Robotic Process Automation (M/F)

Job Purpose:

You as RPA Specialist will be the IT person responsible for CEVA’s Automation Application and process, providing development of automation directly to the corporate functions. You will focus on the development of robots as well as supporting the continued development of the application environment and governance in CEVA’s distributed development environment.

What are you going to do:

• Provide support to CEVA’s global RPA development community.
• Provide expertise to the design process as requested;
• Provide input for process efficiencies within the overall design;
• Develop detailed designs based on documented requirements on product services and enhancements. Perform development based on documented requirements;
• Consistent and reliable delivery execution of activities to defined service levels, schedules, and budget;
• Work with Solutions Owners, Solutions Analysts, Business Owners and Customers to translate requirements into solutions to meet business needs. Establish and maintain a pipeline of Automation Opportunities within the Global and Corporate sphere;
• Work to identify opportunities based on investigation and process improvement;
• Contribute towards technological developments within domain or technology (D&B includes Design, development, test& deploy activities);
• Define delivery schedules and ensure execution to plan for assigned deliverables; Lead small scale internal projects as necessary. Coordinate delivery across IT teams;
• Respond to unfamiliar, undefined, unexpected, or unstable situations with the professionally prescribed standard response. Uses standard analytical tools and rules to determine root cause and resolve the broad range of application Problems.

What are we looking for:

• Degree in IT Management or Supply Chain Management, or comparable experience in the logistics industry;
• At least 2-7 years of technical experience in defined functional area;
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g. cmd line, VBscript, C#, VB.Net, VBA, JavaScript, others);
• Experience/qualification with Automation Anywhere and ITIL certification will be a plus.
• Fluent in English.
