Our opportunity

We are seeking a talented Full-stack developer to join our team and play a crucial role in addressing the specific needs of genAI in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for developing server-side applications, APIs, and databases while optimizing backend systems for scalability, performance and reliability in support of innovative products and services.

Your role

As a Full-stack Developer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop reusable server-side applications and APIs
• Develop and maintain databases and data models for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Optimize backend systems for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Integrate backend systems with frontend applications.
• Demonstrate the ability to develop full-stack applications independently.
• Conduct unit tests, ensure code quality, and maintain developed solutions.
• Debug operational issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest research and technological developments.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging activities to ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions.
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

As a Full-stack Developer, your skills and experience will ideally include:

• 3+ years of proven experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Expertise in web development frameworks such as FastAPI, React.js, and Nest.js for Node.js/Typescript
• Know-how of database technologies such as MS-SQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with API management technology such as Mulesoft.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, and container technologies like Docker
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and ability to address specific genAI needs effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
