Position Overview
We are now recruiting an Electronics Engineer. Would you like to work in an international environment for a growing company that is a leader in advanced rehab technology? Are you a curious and driven Electronics Engineer looking for new challenges?
As an Electronics Engineer you construct electronics, schemas, software, and circuit board solutions for our electronics products. The work is done in the R&D department, with product development being the main task of the position.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer skilled in creating hardware schematics, modifying and troubleshooting embedded software, and designing hardware prototypes. The ideal candidate is hands-on, familiar with advanced lab equipment for debugging electronic systems, and possesses strong communication skills. You should have an analytical and strategic mindset, with a problem-solving approach. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required (minimum C1 level). You don’t follow the herd – you find new ways of working and go where you see potential to make your mark. You are a pioneer, a revolutionary, a game-changer and you are who we’re looking for.

As an Electronics Engineer you construct electronics, schemas, software, and circuit board solutions for our electronics products. The work is done in the R&D department, with product development being the main task of the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with existing products to improve these and ensure compliance with medical standards.
- Work with new development in the field of electrical engineering, including hardware design and to some extent embedded software
- Design electronics used within embedded software solutions.
- Create requirements and testing for batteries, battery chargers, cables, and connectors.
- Follow the solution architectures for our electronics products.
- Create electronics prototypes and tools for verification.
- Participate in the entire lifecycle of power wheelchairs.
- Participate in developing and improving our processes and methods.
- Work in agile project development teams, from the beginning to the end of the product development lifecycle.
- Create verification tools according to our solution architecture and best practices in the field of electronics development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in electronics, schematics, and circuit board design.
- Knowledge of embedded systems software development.
- Expertise in designing and developing electronic solutions and their manufacturing.
- Understanding of cable design and various battery chemistries.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Experience in software development in C/C++.
- Experience working in Altium designer, Jira and Gitlab.
- Experience in development of medical devices equipment.
- Experience of mechanical design
